There are NO application or administrative FEES. Credit review, employment and residency verifications and criminal background reviews are conducted by a third party company after you have submitted a completed application. You must provide current proof of monthly income at least 3x of the monthly rent of your selected apartment. $250 security deposit is required.

Monthly rent includes water, standard cable TV, quarterly pest control, valet trash removal and all amenities.

Pet #1 Deposit $200 (refundable, pending damages)
Pet #2 Deposit $200 (refundable, pending damages)
MONTHLY PET RENT – $20 per pet for the duration of the pet’s residency

Temporary and/or visiting pets are not allowed. We accept only dogs, cats, birds and fish. No exotic pets, rodents, reptiles, etc. allowed. Two animal limit per apartment. Breed restrictions apply.

Yes! Choose the “Leasing Info” tab at the top of our website. Under leasing info select the option of “ready to apply to the future resident waitlist”. Please read the future resident application instructions and click “apply now”. Here you will find a list of floor plans within our community, select “join waitlist” on the floor plan of your choosing. You must register as a new user and follow the instructions to submit your application & payment. There is no service charge to submit your payment using the E-check option.

The rents listed online are base prices. The rents are determined by location on the property. Some apartments have additional lakefront premiums.

There is not a specific time period. Length of time is determined by the number of move out notices received each month, and when new residents want the units.

No, we do not provide security. We have a 24 hour monitored entrance, with Resident Services Staff members available 24/7.

We suggest you apply for the apartment. If you are denied for any reason, the deposit is fully refunded.

Yes. We are not an age-restricted community.

All units have carpet and vinyl tile; some of the downstairs units have vinyl plank flooring.

There are no assigned parking spaces. All parking is first come, first serve. All residents have parking decals that allow them to park in front of the buildings. We do have carports and garages available for rent.
